I have loved rooibos for years now, recently I was scouting the internet for pure rooibos tea, I didn’t want a blend or anything polluted with other herbs, just rooibos. I stumbled across Red Espresso and was excited to learn about their brand and what they do for local communities growing the tea and creating a community around its cultivation that is centered around fair standards, wages, and practices. I went straight for the 2.2lb bag. Yes, SURE it is a little more expensive than what you would find at the grocery store, but it also happens to be the most flavorful rooibos I’ve ever tasted, it lasts an incredibly long time, it supports local communities in South Africa, and that alone is reason enough for me to pay around 50 bucks (after shipping) for this product. Very pleased with how quickly it came as well (2 days) and the info they send along with the tea on how to blend it with fruit juice, alcohol, or honey for a wide variety of drinks and combinations I didn’t even know existed. I’d only drank rooibos hot and plain before this, but I recently tried it iced made in a French press and feel in love with the unique experience, as well as blending it with juices. Thank you Red Espresso for all you do for your community and all you do with quality teas!

I just love your Red Espresso. I can't drink black tea or caffiene. This totally satisfies my taste buds! It is delicious! Thanks so much!
This is definitely not coffee but if your taste buds are open to new experiences it does have a rich complexity and satisfying body. I especially like a cup at night when espresso is not an option. The grind is good but I need to try a different filter for my Aeropress because the paper filters are to fine and it squirts out the side.
