Adding red espresso®Rooibos to your smoothie is an easy way of turning it into a super-smoothie! One shot of red espresso®Rooibos has the same amount of antioxidants as a cup of blueberries – and tastes delicious. Try it with a range of different fruits and your favourite yoghurt.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. In a blender, add:
      - 6 blocks of ice
      - 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
      - 1 handful of fresh/frozen berries
      - 1 banana (optional)
      - A healthy squeeze of honey
      - 1 teaspoon red espresso® Rooibos smoothie powder
    2. Blend and serve

    Kirsty, Monique’s sister, joined red espresso® in 2008 after years of graphic design and art direction on glossy magazines. In addition to being an incredible design talent who has had a fundamental impact on our brand’s look and feel, she has also championed our e-Commerce and Customer Service departments alongside Monique. This has made her a very familiar face to our many customers who have come to know and enjoy their time with her over the years!
