Kick that cold with this antioxidant loaded version of an old favourite.
- 25 ml honey liqueur or whisky
- 110 ml red espresso® rooibos
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves
- 1 large mint sprig
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately and drink warm.
