Our red chia pudding is a delightfully nutritious breakfast bowl that is super easy to make. Simply soak the protein and fibre-rich chia seeds overnight in our flavourful red espresso® Rooibos with a touch of cinnamon spice. Top with a mix of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola and nut butter for an energizing and refreshing start to your day.
Ingredients
- ½ cup red espresso® Rooibos
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- fresh fruit to serve
Instructions
- Prepare red espresso® Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- Dissolve honey in red espresso® Rooibos
- Pour over chia seeds, add cinnamon, stir and soak overnight
