Our red chia pudding is a delightfully nutritious breakfast bowl that is super easy to make. Simply soak the protein and fibre-rich chia seeds overnight in our flavourful red espresso® Rooibos with a touch of cinnamon spice. Top with a mix of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola and nut butter for an energizing and refreshing start to your day.

  1. Prepare red espresso® Rooibos  as you would coffee  using your coffee appliance:
        
  2. Dissolve honey in red espresso® Rooibos
  3. Pour over chia seeds, add cinnamon, stir and soak overnight
