Rooibos red latte recipe

Best known for its very high levels of antioxidants (10 x more than regular brewed rooibos tea) and naturally caffeine-free benefits, our rooibos red latte is not only calming and stress-reducing, but also effective in boosting your immune system and fighting free radicals in the body that can cause premature ageing, heart disease and cancer.

You can make our rooibos red latte with our ground rooibos tea or with our Rooibos Matcha Latte Mix.

Using our ground rooibos tea

You will need

  • 60ml red espresso rooibos
  • Milk (delicious with almond, rice, oat and seed milks too!)
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare red espresso rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
        
  2. Add steamed milk
  3. Cap with foamed milk
  4. Serve with honey and cinnamon

Using our Rooibos Matcha Latte Mix

  1. Add 6g Rooibos Matcha Latte Mix to a 240ml (8oz.) cup
  2. Add 30ml hot water and mix well to combine the ingredients
  3. Top up with freshly steamed milk or your dairy alternative of choice
