Yes we do. However, where possible we will direct you to a stockist nearest to you. Please browse our product range and send an email to [email protected] with your enquiry and we will be in touch with you.  Please be aware that sales taxes and duties may be payable in the receiving country and are payable by the customer.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Red espresso strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is dispatched for delivery is at most 3 working days.

For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) no dispatch occurs until the money is cleared in our account. If you have paid via EFT, please make sure to email us your proof of payment preferably directly from your bank account on transfer to [email protected].

No fulfilment or deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday or any public holidays.

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods:

United States: 3 to 5 working days (from time of dispatch, NOT from time when order was placed)

Main South African centres: 1 to 3 working days (from time of dispatch, NOT from time when order was placed)

Outlying South African areas: 5 to 7 working days (from time of dispatch, NOT from time when order was placed)

International: 5 to 7 working days (from time of dispatch, NOT from time when order was placed)

United States:
Our delivery fees in the United States are calculated based on the weight of your order.
up to 200g      —>  $3.10
from 201g to 400g —> $4.30
from 401g to 500g —> $6.99
from 501g to 1.1kg —> $7.99
from 1.11kg to 3kg —> $11.95
from 3.01kg to 6kg —> $17.99
from 6kg to 12kg —> $25.99  

South Africa:
There is an R85 delivery fee for orders below R1000 to all main centres in South Africa, regardless of weight. If your order is R1000 or more and you live in a main centre in South Africa you will enjoy free delivery.

The delivery fee on all orders to outlying areas in South Africa is R185, regardless of weight.

If your area does not appear on this list then you are in an outlying area with a delivery fee of R185 for all orders.

Is it possible to arrange a specific delivery time?
We are not able to confirm a specific delivery date or time as we make use of a courier company. Deliveries will only take place during business hours. If the courier company is unable to effect delivery after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to sender and delivery will be re-routed at client’s expense.


According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to effect a return following the day of the arrival of the goods should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason.

All returns can be sent via normal postal service to PO Box 2911, Paarl, 7620, Republic of South Africa.

The customer has to notify The Red Espresso Company (Pty) Ltd that goods are being returned and a copy of the proof of return (image) stating the tracking number has to be sent to [email protected]. All goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and documentation, and in a re-saleable state. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.

The provision of goods and services by red espresso is subject to availability. In situations where stock is not available, red espresso will refund the client in full in 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
