South Africa
The following main centre areas will be charged a delivery fee of R65 per order, regardless of weight, if the order is below R1000. All orders more than R1000 will enjoy FREE delivery in these areas: Polokwane, Rustenburg, Pomona, Sunninghill, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Alrode, Springs, Germiston, Soweto, Lenasia, Brits, Marikana, Nigel, Heidelberg, Middelburg, Krugersdorp, Bloemfontein, Durban, Umhlanga, Amanzimtoti, Ballito, North Coast, Pinetown, Pietermaritzburg, East London, Port Elizabeth, Deal Party, Sidwell, Newton Park, Walmer, Summerstrand, Northend, Knysna, George, Sedgefield, Mossel Bay, Cape Town, Malmesbury, Paarl, Worcester, Wellington, Stellenbosch, Grabouw, Hermanus, Strand, Somerset West, Brackenfell, Durbanville, Kuilsriver, Blouberg Strand, Parow, Milnerton, Maitland and Wynberg.

All orders more than R1000 will enjoy FREE delivery in these areas: Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom, Witbank, Vaal, Randfontein, Westonaria, Harrismith, Nelspruit, Banners Rest, Port Edward, Shelley Beach, Port Shepstone, Scottburgh, Widenham, Umkomaas, Stanger, Mandini, Empangeni, Richards Bay, Eston, Howick, Eshowe, Rosetta, Mooi River, Estcourt, Wartburg, New Hanover, Greytown, Uitenhage, Plettenburg Bay, Oudtshoorn.

The following regional areas will be charged a delivery fee of R110 per order, regardless of weight. Free delivery is not applicable to these areas: Riversdale, Grabouw, Swellendam.

If your area does not appear in the lists above then you are in an outlying area with a delivery fee of R185 for all orders, regardless of weight. Free delivery is not applicable to your area.

Our delivery fees in the United States are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Shipping policy

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Red espresso strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is dispatched for delivery is at most 3 working days.

For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) no dispatch occurs until the money is cleared in our account. If you have paid via EFT, please make sure to email us your proof of payment preferably directly from your bank account on transfer to [email protected]

No fulfilment or deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday or any public holidays.

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods:
United States:
3 to 5 working days (from time of dispatch, NOT from time when order was placed)

Main centre areas in South Africa: 1 to 3 working days (from time of dispatch, NOT from time when order was placed)

Regional and outlying areas in South Africa: 5 to 7 working days (from time of dispatch, NOT from time when order was placed)

Is it possible to arrange a specific delivery time?
We are not able to confirm a specific delivery date or time as we make use of a courier company. Deliveries will only take place during business hours. If the courier company is unable to effect delivery after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to sender and delivery will be re-routed at client’s expense.

Return and refunds policy

According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to effect a return following the day of the arrival of the goods should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason.

All returns can be sent via normal postal service to PO Box 2911, Paarl, 7620, Republic of South Africa.

The customer has to notify The Red Espresso Company (Pty) Ltd that goods are being returned and a copy of the proof of return (image) stating the tracking number has to be sent to [email protected]. All goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and documentation, and in a re-saleable state. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.

The provision of goods and services by red espresso is subject to availability. In situations where stock is not available, red espresso will refund the client in full in 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
