1. Ensure your French press is clean
2. Scoop 12g (2 tablespoons) red espresso per cup
3. Add more red espresso to adjust the strength of the brew
4. Fill the cylinder with hot water (water should be just below boiling point)
5. Stir gently
6. Set the plunger on top of the glass cylinder without pushing down to retain heat
7. Allow red espresso to brew for 2-3 minutes
8. Press down plunger slowly
