1. Fill a glass with ice 2. Add 2/3 cold milk 3. Prepare red espresso – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
4. Pour red espresso over ice and milk and stir
TIP: To sweeten, add a squeeze of honey to the hot shot before adding to milk!
