Ingredients
red espresso rooibos
Milk (delicious with almond, rice, oat and seed milks too!)
White chocolate (pieces or powder)
Honey
Cinnamon
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
Prepare red espresso rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
Add 1 scoop white chocolate powder/1 pump of sauce/melt chocolate pieces into red espresso rooibos
Stir well
Heat and foam milk
Add milk to red espresso rooibos , mixed with chocolate
Top with whipped cream
Serve with a drizzle of honey and sprinkling of cinnamon
