A shot that even children can enjoy! The red hot shot is a delicacy in three phases. Consisting of three equal layers: red espresso®Rooibos, condensed milk and frothed milk.
- Prepare red espresso® ground Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- In a shot glass or an espresso cup:
- With 1-2 teaspoons of condensed milk (to taste)
- Pour red espresso® Rooibos over the condensed milk
- Cover with frothed milk and dust with cinnamon
