- Fill a glass with ice
- Add ⅔ iced water
- Prepare red espresso rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- Pour red espresso rooibos over ice and water
- Add 2 pumps fruit syrup
- Stir and serve with a slice of lemon
